1. Introduction Meeting
Together with the Hiring Manager we
discuss the Job Analysis, outline the high-level objectives, short-term goals and skills needed to do the job successfully;
define the Scorecards or the list of attributes our ideal candidate needs;
agree on a recruitment solution upfront to reduce overhead of the Hiring Management.
2. Sourcing and Screening
We utilise our extensive network to attract the best candidates.
Every candidate attends an initial video call to check and expand on how the candidate emulates the target qualities.
For each role we have a technical interview with a mix of technical and situational questions to check both technical and cultural fit.
We are focused on delivering a great remote candidate experience, seamlessly taking care of your employer branding.
3. Interview support
After the sourcing and screening process we introduce a short list of the best candidates with their CVs and our reports about their technical accomplishments, deliverables and the cultural fit.
We take care of the end-to-end recruitment solution which includes writing Job Descriptions, mentoring interviewers, scheduling interviews and collecting feedback from both the hiring team and the candidate.
We also assist in offer and employment agreement paperwork.
